Relaxation between Study is an activity that helps students unwind after studying hard. Students often find themselves stressed out and anxious about their upcoming exams like NEET & JEE. A good way to relax would be to take a walk outside, listen to music, play video games, read books, or go to bed early. I think relaxation is something we should do every day. We need to relax our minds and body before starting any study session. Meditation helps us to calm down and focus on what we want to achieve.

How to Relax your Mind and Concentrate?

1. Yoga

2. Deep Breathing

6. Take a walk

1. Stress Reduction
